From Concept to Launch: A Consultancy Built for Growth

I am building 'The Aspiring Lotus', a consultancy dedicated to holistic personal development and career growth. Through market research, strategic hiring, and digital innovation, I have developed structured systems for client onboarding, service delivery, and team collaboration across time zones. Using Asana for workflow management, Zapier for automation, and Google Workspace for seamless communication, I am streamlining operations while expanding a network of practitioners for a structured service rollout from April 2025.

In the interim, digital products and resources are available, laying the foundation for a seamless transition into full consultancy services. This venture reflects my commitment to scalable solutions that empower individuals while maintaining an efficient, client-focused approach.

Digital Transformation and Market Positioning

I joined a boutique fashion team to lead a digital transformation project aimed at revamping it's online presence and optimising e-commerce. As the Project Manager, I structured a roadmap that included improving UX, boosting digital engagement, and aligning online merchandising with creative direction. Using coordinated social media efforts, we saw a 37% increase in digital traffic and achieved the brand’s first online sales in seven months, positioning it for sustainable digital growth.

When invited to showcase at Milan Fashion Week, I expanded the project to include a business development and showroom strategy. I created a dedicated social channel for wholesale clients, achieving 200% follower growth in a month. Despite facing budget cuts and resource limitations, I adapted by taking on marketing, client relations, and even modelling roles, leading to partnerships with three luxury clients. This project highlighted my ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver impactful results despite constraints.

Practice Optimisation & Patient Experience Enhancement

Working with the practice manager and managing director, I contributed to a workflow optimisation initiative for an ophthalmic surgeon operating across five hospitals with different booking systems. I identified workflow gaps, developed a training manual for staff, and implemented improved scheduling protocols to streamline coordination. Strengthening communication with external clinics helped enhance patient experiences and reduce wait times, resulting in increased client satisfaction and referrals. This underscored my ability to manage complex operations and deliver patient-centred improvements in a regulated healthcare setting.
